Kuredu Island is the largest hotel in the Maldives located only 40 minutes by Air-Taxi or 3½ hours speed boat from the airport. All bungalows are individually built and situated on or near the beach. There are standard and superior rooms. The superior rooms are equipped with air-condition, refrigerators, hot-water shower and bamboo furniture. Public areas, bars and restaurants are built in traditional Maldivian style. International and Oriental cuisine in two restaurants, two bars, disco, coffee shop and a grill restaurant are all available for you.

It is the first and only Swedish guidebook about the Maldives and it is as well quite unique due to the fact that it is a combined guidebook (history, politics, economy, daily life, religion, flora & fauna, language, cooking, etc.) and diveguide (corals, fishes, underwater life, diving procedures, divesites, safety, etc.).
