Much of the work of past philosophers was based on the idea of logical
necessity. Although there are some weakness to this approach, it also
helped unleash the potential of human reason. In order to understand both
the reaches and limits of human reason, we will survey the understanding of
human reason in roughly chronological order by studying the work of the
following thinkers:

THE END OF MODERN SCIENCE
As shown from the stereo example, truly modern
science is no longer "modern" science. However, by using the
many ways of knowing available to us,
reasonable conclusions can still be drawn.
