Colwell Farm Cemetery
The Colwell Farm Cemetery is located in a corn field on the south side (left) of Otsego County Route 25
three miles west of Monticello and four tenths of a mile west of the intersection of Mower Road.
If coming from the west, it is 1.2 miles east of US route 20. These stones are extremely hard to
read. The only ones legible were Nathaniel Farnham; LHR age 20 died May 1, 1820; and Capt N.F.
died July 9, 1803. The rest of the information comes from Mrs M.M. Hatch, South Columbia, NY.
