FUN RATING: ***** 5 out of 5!!!

I'm psychic! What... don't you believe me? I'm going to predict something and we'll see if it comes true. Ready? Bringing together the wisdom of the ages, the sage of ancient astrologers, celestial energies from past and future, of good and evil-- I predict, THROUGH THE NECROMANTEUM: PROJECT FAR-REACH by Laurance Pearsongreer will be a box office hit.

Enter a world of telepathic sensing, remote viewing, evil incarnate andthought projection. Just reading THROUGH THE NECROMANTEUM will burn out synaptic receptors faster than a 5-day rave party! If you're looking for a neuronal workout this weekend, skip the 'shrooms and jump on the Necromanteum wave, where a mysterious world of mental gymnastics and roller coaster action will buzz your brain blurry. The special effects, techno-glyphics and bizarre psychoactives will astound you in this stunning and fast-paced adventure. With visual imagery and dialogue so fresh and alive, it literally leaps off the page and grabs you. Get ready for non-stop surprises, as you enter a place where the living commune with the dead.

The tension created by Laurance Pearsongreer in this unique story, will scare the bejeebers outta you one minute and have you tittering the next. The book was an absolute riot! The various subplots were masterfully woven into an ingenious metaphorical nightmare. My mind felt like a pretzel afterwards.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book. Oh, by the way... wanna know how I already KNOW this book will be a box office hit? The secret lies in the Necromanteum. Go there yourself and see what I mean. <VERY Evil Grin>

        THE IVY QUILL REVIEWS

In Through the Necromanteum, a government project is established to communicate with the dead.

The Necromanteum opens a door through which people can speak with their deceased friends and relatives – and more, people can float through the channels of space and time, and view historical events in complete and accurate detail.  Once the project is fully tested and operational, it will be a breakthrough in technology and in human evolution such as mankind has never seen.

What no one within the Necromanteum project stopped to consider, though, is that we don’t know what may be already out there, waiting for the opportunity to come into our own time and space. During the project’s final testing, open to many specialists and the media within a controlled military environment, everything goes terribly wrong and humanity itself may be on the line.

Thoroughly complex, Through the Necromanteum focuses on a “what if” that causes both anticipation and dread within a reader. I found this book fast-paced and exciting, with a large cast of characters and a lot of action. Mr. Pearsongreer explores concepts such as time-travel, reincarnation, and mythology, with descriptions of each setting (including a military base and a Hungarian castle) involved.

Through the Necromanteum is an exhilarating ride that fans of sci-fi and horror should enjoy. Readers should be prepare for many things when they pick up Through the Necromanteum. Be prepared to meet many characters, several of them in more than one incarnation. Be prepared to make connections between technology and the paranormal. Be prepared to question the morals and expertise of those in authority. Finally, be prepared to lose a lot of sleep!

"...It's a very powerful book!" SALLY G  LATURI, FEB 1, 2001
