Lary Crews is a Los Angeles novelist and teacher.  His first two published mystery novels, Kill Cue, Extreme Close-Up, were recently republished by iUniverse.com.

He is also the author of the mystery novels, Option To Die, Tears, Death Rehearsal, Deadly Savior, Say Goodbye, Mankiller, Sacrifice, and the published nonfiction book, Novel Secrets, (Sarasota Bay Publishing, 1997).  

In addition to his books, Lary has written 405 published magazine articles, and more than 500 published magazine columns.
Lary was a broadcast journalist for 15 years, was editor of two weekly newspapers and one regional magazine, and has taught 205 workshops & seminars at writers clubs, conferences and libraries.

Lary is a winner of the Tom DeBoor Award for Teaching Excellence and taught on AOL from 1993 to 2000.  (Lary was the first online fiction teacher in America when he started on Prodigy in 1989)

He was a four-time winner in the Writer's Digest National Writing Competition and has been published in the magazine four times.

Lary lives with his wife and fellow novelist/teacher Lori and their two cats across the street from Warner Brothers Studios.
