Mike Rodriguez - Mike started taking Salsa classes at La Salsa De Hoy in May of 2000 with Carlos Vasquez and then with Ray Colon. Shortly after this Mike started the Latin Reflections Dance Team in February of 2002. Mike teaches adult beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes at La Salsa De Hoy. Aside from Dancing Mike has a BS and MS in Secondary Math Education and teaches Math (Algebra through Calculus) and Computer Science classes (A+, Network+, Security+) at Brooklyn Technical High School.

Luis Brens - Luis started taking classes at LaSalsaDeHoy in 2006 first with Hiram, then with Sonia before going to Mike Rodriguez class. He was asked to join Latin Reflections in 2007. Luis made his debut performance at Rodney Lopez in 2008. Most recently Luis performed at the 2008 Connecticut Salsa Festival. Luis continues to take classes with Mike Rodriguez and at SalsaSalsa dance studio.

Solongo Maldonado - Solongo started taking Salsa classes with Hiram from LaSalsaDeHoy in February 2007. Since then she has also taken belly dance and hip hop classes. In the summer of 2007, Solongo started taking classes with Mike Rodriguez at LaSalsaDeHoy. She has also taken classes on and off with Santo Rico, Baila Society and Frankie Martinez. Solongo made her debut performance at the Rodney Lopez social in February 2008. Most recently she performed at the 2008 Connecticut Salsa Festival.

Vanessa Sanchez - Vanessa started taking teen classes at LaSalsaDeHoy in 2003 with Lisa Perez. She then went on to dance with Tropical Image in 2004, then return to LaSalsaDeHoy in 2005 to take classes. In 2006 she started taking classes with Mike Rodriguez, and joined Latin Reflections in 2006. She made her debut performance at the Latin Fever social in September 2006. Most recently she performed at the 2008 Connecticut Salsa Festival. Vanessa is a registered nurse.

Erica Ortiz - Erica started taking classes at LaSalsaDeHoy Dance Studio in February 2007 (in the same class as Vivian) with Mike Rodriguez. After about 9months she was asked to join Latin Reflections. She made her debut performance in February 2008 at the Rodney Lopez social. Aside from still taking classes at LaSalsaDeHoy, Erica has also taken classes at Latin Fever Dance Studio and SalsaSalsa Dance Studio. Erica is an elementary school teacher.

Erica Ortiz - Vivian started taking classes at LaSalsaDeHoy Dance Studio in February 2007 (In the same class as Erica) with Mike Rodriguez. After about 6 months she was asked to join Latin Reflections. She made her debut performance in the November 2007 LaSalsaDeHoy social. Vivian is a nursing student at Hunter College.

Nanae Tanikawa - Nanae started dancing at LaSalsaDeHoy with Bert, then with Abner before moving on to taking classes with Mike Rodriguez. She was asked to join Latin Reflections in 2007. She made her debut performance at LaSalsaDeHoy in 2007. Nanae continues to take classes with Mike Rodriguez and at SalsaSalsa Dance Studio
