Pope St Leo in the Church's Liturgy

From the Menologian (daily hymns used in the Eastern Church) for St Leo's Feast (February 18):

What shall we name thee, O divinely inspired one? Head of the Orthodox Church of Christ...pouring forth the word of life upon all the ends of the earth? Divinely inspired scroll of the right faith?

What now shall we call thee...Preacher of the truth, firm foundation? Senior among the honored supreme council?

Thou wast heir to the throne of the preeminent Peter, possessing his character and zeal for the Faith.

Rising as the morning dawn from the West, thou, thrice Blessed, sentest forth thy volume of holy dogmas as rays of light upon the Church.

The Successor of the venerable Peter, enriched with his presidency, and possessing his burning zeal, moved by God puts forth his volume.

Moved by God, thou didst set down the teachings of religion as on tables impressed by God: appearing, like a second Moses to the company of venerable teachers.

The Troparion and Kontakion for St Leo in the Byzantine liturgy:

O Champion of Orthodoxy, and teacher of holiness,
The enlightenment of the universe and the inspired glory of true believers,
O most wise Father Leo, your teachings are as music of the Holy Spirit for us!
Pray that Christ our God may save our souls!

O glorious Leo, when you rose to the Bishop's throne,
You shut the lions' mouths with the true doctrine of the Holy Trinity:
You enlightened your flock with the true knowledge of God.
Therefore you are glorified, O seer of things divine!

From the Collect for the Feast of St Leo I according to Roman Liturgy (pre-Vatican II Missal of 1962: Feast was on April 11th according to the pre-conciliar calendar):

Eternal Shepherd, look graciously upon your flock and through the Blessed Leo, your Supreme Pontiff, whom you appointed Pastor of the Universal Church, keep it under your continual protection. Through our Lord...

Prayer from the Roman Liturgy (November 10th on the current calendar):

God our Father,
you will never allow the power of hell
to prevail against your Church,
founded on the rock of the apostle Peter.
Let the prayers of Pope Leo the Great
keep us faithful to your truth
and secure in your peace.
We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever.
