Row 1: Dc in the 4th ch from hook and in each ch across; ch 3, turn. (208 dc)
Row 2: Dc in the 2nd dc and in each of the next 2 dc, (ch 2, skip 2 dc, dc in the next dc) 67 times, dc in the last 3 dc; ch 3, turn.
