N-Hook Christmas Ball Covers

Materials
Small amount of any of the following yarns:
Lion Brand Chenille Thick & Quick
Lion Brand Terryspun
Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick & Quick
Crochet hook size N
2 1/4” ball ornament
Round 1: Ch 2, work 6 sc in the 2nd ch from hook. (6 sc) Do not join
rounds.
Round 2: 2 sc in each sc around (12 sc)
Round 3: (Sc in the next sc, 2 sc in the next sc) 6 times. (18 sc)
Rounds 4-7: Sc in each sc around. (18 sc)
Round 8: Insert ball in cover, (sc in the next sc, skip 2 sc) 6 times. Fasten
off. Weave in ends.
Decorate balls with ribbon, flowers, pearls, etc., as desired.
