Is this a true story?
No. This is by no means a true story. This has never happened to me or anyone I know of, so, that’s the answer. But to those who said it seemed real, I’ll take that as a good thing.
Do you know Apolo?
Nope. I wish I knew Apolo. He seems like a nice guy. And as you can tell, I’m a big fan of his. He just seemed like an interesting character to write about.
How do you know so much about Apolo?
That’s the thing… I really don’t know much more than most people do. Sure, I’ve tried to read every article I can get my hands on, and I’ve actually watched a videotape of his appearances to try and get his voice down. It’s really not easy. As far as his preferences… I’m going by what I’ve read, and I’m also making stuff up too.
When are you going to update it?
I don’t have much time on my hands to write, and if I write I have to be in the correct mindset. Last time I wrote when my mind was elsewhere, I had to revise numerous times. I love this story, it’s something I enjoy doing, but I’m in college and I work, so… I try to find the time. But I’m gonna be better about updating, I promise!
Do you write normally?
I consider myself a “freelance writer” – mostly because I like how it sounds – but this is the first major work I’ve done. So yeah.
Are you going to send this to Apolo, or has he already read it?
If he’s actually stumbled across this site and read it, then well… I wouldn’t know unless he signed the guestbook or e-mailed me. But who knows! However, when this story is finished I am planning on sending it to him, bound and all nice looking. With a decent sized cover letter, of course, explaining that I am not a stalker.
