QT Radio, on transmission from Northern Quarter in Manchester, is a non-commercial community webradio. Northern Quarter is a fascinating and unforgettable blend of music, art, fashion, and kinkiness, spiced up by the ever youthful spirit and adorned by historical and modern surroundings, and our radio brings to you the best of them all!
The LOOK, presented by Julia Shuvalova, is a lively and mostly all-talk show with a focus on arts and culture. In the year since QT Radio began its transmission in April 2005, Julia has made many programmes that featured interviews with film directors, artists, videomakers, and generally, Very Interesting People. Julia (Yulia) is a dedicated artist, a qualified historian, and a print/radio journalist with an eye on TV environment.
