I started building this house myself but the Doll family wasn't happy with the fact that I allowed "wild" animals onto the property. So...
...the Doll family decided to take over and build the house themselves.

Mom, Dad & Grandad putting in the 2nd floor bay windows. There is one large room there, but we will partition it off so that we can build a bathroom with a door that closes! There will be space too, for a sitting room next to the master bedroom.

This house came with the material to make windows and doors that are very flimsy and quite unattractive, but we've plowed on. This is our first experience building a dollhouse!

I couldn't decide if I should put the stairs in facing the back of the house as the directions said, or if I should turn them round so they'd be visible through the big windows. That's what I decided to do, but in the end I had to turn them back so it would be easier to add extra walls to divide up the cavernous spaces.

Cleaning the new bay windows on the 2nd floor. What a process to build them! There was a lot of nipping and tucking going on to make these windows fit in the space!
