OVERVIEW: The Hold and coastline were pummeled by the storms following the Windwall collapse, and much of Theran Hold was destroyed. One benefit was the opening of a large cavern under the cliffs of the Hold, large enough to hold the entire Theran Hold Fishing fleet. The new Lord Holder, Jarryd, and his wife Ashlinn, put everything into rebuilding the Hold, and have truly endeared themselves to the people.
ECONOMICS: Exported of fish and other seafood, pearls, coral jewelry, wool, and Shaggy (sheep) meat as well as herdbeasts. Substance farming of grains and fruit, exports some wines. Imports meats and other items. Main fishing and seacraft business. The Hold is, after two turns of getting by, now showing a profit for its people.
SETTING: Theran Hold and Sea Hold sit approximately 25 miles from the mouth of the Far Eastern River, almost in the shadow of the Two Faced Mountain. The main holding sits atop the cliffs that border the river, sprawling out over the plateau. The SeaHold is on the beach area below, connected by a winding walkway and terraced levels of housing, as well as a ramp used to haul merchandise up to the Hold proper from the dock and warehouses below. A lighthouse stands opposite the manor on the cliff top, and is always manned and lit to lead ships in. A second lighthouse near the base of the cliff guides them safely into the harbor.
