H. E. L. P. (Hampton Ecumenical Lodgings and Provisions)

LaCrosse Presbyterian Church is a member of H.E.L.P. This is a non-profit organization comprised of different denominational churches in the area. The mission statement is "We are people called by God ministering to the dignity and needs of people in the area of housing, food and emergency assistance." Our goal is "To reduce the vulnerability of people to homelessness and poverty by empowering them with the means to achieve their own efficiency." H.E.L.P. offers those in need, financial assistance, temporary housing, food, & clothing.
