This HomePage was created because I have been sent so many
wonderful pictures of Luger sailors and their sailboats.
My "Unofficial Luger Mooring Page" had reached capacity
with sailboat information, and couldn't handle the picture files.
Fortunately, the photos have found a home here.
I hope you will enjoy seeing other owners enjoying their Lugers as much as I will enjoy sharing them.
I've discovered most Lugers owners are happy to show photographs of their sailboats. Some of these pictures are the end result of many hours of a restoration project. Some were submitted by the original owners/kit builders which would represent weeks (sometimes months or years!) of hard work, assembling these wonderful sailboats from blueprints and assembly plans.
All boats need some upkeep, no matter how well they have been maintained. Some need more "restoration" than "maintenance" - especially if a new owner has adopted an older or abandoned Luger sailboat. These are photos showing these projects. Best wishes to those owners breathing new life into their Luger sailboats.
