A History of Adelia Wing Bohne
At this point in time there is no evidence that conclusively proves that Godfriedus Wing was the father of Matthew Wing of Banbury, England. I did, however, come across this item in the New England Families Genealogical and Memorial: Third Series, Volume IV  and I would be remiss if I didn't share it on the website;

"Godfriedus Wynge was born at Liege, Belgium, and was probably among the early Protestants who sought refuge in England, or he may have come there with John Abasco in 1550, as he was tutor to his children after the latter left England for Denmark in 1553. He was a learned man and a prominent preacher. They went to Endie, where Wing preached for some time, and translated the whole Bible. At the accession of Elizabeth, he probably returned to England, for in 1561 the bishop of London recommended him to the senate of Frankfort, who elected him as minister to the Dutch refugees residing there. In March, 1562, he was minister to the church of Sandwich, England. By the end of 1563 he was minister of the Dutch church in London, where he resided until his death, September 30, 1599. In one of his letters he mentions his wife Levina. He returned to Sandwich on account of the persecution of the Protestants in Flanders. He is believed to be the father of Matthew."

New information that Raymond Wing sent to me concerning Godfriedus Wynge;

Ancestors Traced to Belgium: Godfriedus Wingius or Wing. [pp. 26-29, 35] stated that the will of Godfriedus was carefully examined by himself and his friends (this will was written in Latin, and in small handwriting). The only Wing or Wingius found was his second wife, Catherine. In addition, he remarked that the Wing family failed to name any children Godfriedus or Lavinia (Godfriedus' first wife) although the names of Matthew, John & Daniel were perpetuated within the family.

Also The Owl, MAR 1903, pp. 134-135 stated that a warden of one of the churches in London Godfriedus preached at had done research on him. Many letters of Godfriedus were found in which he mentioned his wife, but he never mentioned any children.
