OUR SPECIAL BOYS
INTRO TO MACE (left) & KASH (right)
WELCOME TO OUR PAGE! We are so excited to be a part of our mom & dad's life and have our own web page.We are very glad to be adopted into their family. Me - Kash am the spokes dog for this page.  I was born on April 1st, 1997 in Brampton and my great Uncle Mace was born at the same place I was only in December of 1987.
I love people and other canine friends I meet. My Uncle Mace is the more serious of the two of us and is also very wise so I really have to pay attention to what he says and I take my direction from him cause he knows everything. After all he has been around a lot longer than I have and I am still getting my feet wet(literaly I love to do this when I can on my walk and it drives my mom crazy cause she has to clean my paws all the time).
I cannot ever imagine being sad because I love to be happy all the time and enjoy my dog life.

OUR FAVOURITE ACTIVITIES
WALK, WALK, WALK! We love to do this whenever mom & dad will take us.Mace doesn't manage as well as he used to even though he pretends he is o.k. when we walk, he told me he gets tired easily. Me, I can go on forever cause that's what us young bucks do! We love the winter to! Just digging in the snow and romping with fun. Even Mace loves this time of the year.  I try to make him "dog" around with me and keep up his energy and sometimes he gives me a real run for my doggy money.

We love to go to the old swimming hole! Nothing like a refreshing dip on a hot day! Just throw me a stick and I will show off for you. Isn't that what Golden Retrievers do best - retrieve? - well sometimes. Mace is just happy to lay and get all covered with the water and keep cool. He likes to dry himself off by rolling in the dirt! NOT ME! I want to make my mom & dad proud of me so I shake near them to show I can dry myself really well! Giving them a brief shower in the process seems like a pleasing idea!

FUNNY PET STORIES
This is the funniest story I can ever tell you. Just thinking about it makes me laugh. You see we also have this feline in the family I have to put up with and I can't stand to see him getting all sucky & kissy & cuddly to my mom & dad and I vowed to myself to get back at him whenever I can. I chase him behind chairs, under tables, up on counters or wherever I can just to get his goat.

This one night I was peacefully sleeping in the hallway upstairs outside my mom & dad's bedroom when up comes "Morris the Cat" out of nowhere and pounces on my head and bites my ear. He managed to tag along with him a part of one of his toys and I think he wanted me to play but its the middle of the night! Go to sleep cat! - He bit my ear again and that was enough. I turned to grab him in my mouth (one of my few times I got mad) and by this time my mom had woke up and turned on the light to see what kind of a commotion was going on and I heard her scream.  You see, the piece sticking out of my mouth looked like the cats black tail and I think the cat thought it was to. I even scared myself thinking I had swallowed that stupid cat cause I could see myself in the mirror thinking I bit off more than I could chew. Then my mom saw Morris and realized that what was in my mouth was a part of stupid cats toy! I vowed to myself to be a little bit more careful what I grabbed on to after that!

Morris the cat thinks he is one of us Golden Retrievers cause he copies how we lay and sleep. He even eats our food! He even insists on going outside when we do and guess what? He is the one on the leash in the backyard!

Then there was that halloween my mom dressed me up as a clown (part of my character)and took pictures of me. She is always doing that.

The time I had to go to the vets was not a pretty story! I hate that place! Examination of the back end of me is not my idea of a pleasant thing.I could'nt help it that I was there! I had this liking to chew up toys especially when they belonged to Morris and I can't stand to see him with something I don't have and what a better way for revenge then to eat up all his toys! Little did I know that I would be constipated for 4 days!
