Our apple sauce and apple juice products are packed in a wide variety of sizes of jars and bottles to meet customer specifications. Our vinegar is usually sent in bulk trucks but is also available in 260 gallon totes, 55 gallon drums, 12/32 oz cases, and 12/16 oz cases.

Manzana Products Co., Inc. is an an apple processing plant in Sebastopol, California. Its history dates back to the early 1920's when it was a small family owned dryer operation known as Oehlmann Evaporator. Local fruit such as apples, prunes, pears, and hops were dried here.

Applesauce is one of our favorite specialties. We make natural applesauce, sweetened applesauce, cinnamon applesauce, and many flavors such as apple apricot, apple berry, apple mango, etc.

The firm incorporated and changed its name to Manzana Products in 1945. The Manzana name was selected because it is the Spanish word for apple. The firm had become one of the largest dryers in the area by 1948, but in that year it was destroyed by fire and rebuilt as an apple cannery.

Apple juices are usually fresh pressed (not from concentrate) , but always pasteurized! We also make a variety of flavored apple juices. Using our delicious fresh pressed apple juice as a base, we add quality purees or concentrates to make juices to meet our customers specifications.

Due to the dwindling apple orchards in Sonoma County, we realize we must diversify into other products. There are many other food products that we are capable of packing at our plant. We have fillers for most sizes of jars, cans, and bottles. We are also very experienced food processors.

Today, Manzana Products Co., Inc. continues to use fresh local apples to make applesauce, apple juice, apple cider, and apple cider vinegar. No chemical peelers are used and quality products are made with the same care as they were 50 years ago. We manufacture both commercial and organic products and all our products are Kosher certified.
