-Payments accepted are Checks, International Money Orders, Credit Cards (through Paypal or Billpoint), and COD (within Canada only).

-If you are not satisfied or are unhappy with your adoptee in any way return the bear(s) or buddy (ies) for a full refund minus shipping within 30 days.

-If the Bear or buddy is not as represented in pictures you may return the bear for a full refund within 30 days. The bear must be returned in original condition.

-If there is ever any damage due to manufacturers defects, such as a split eye, or an eye that pops off it's wire we will split the shipping so I can repair it, I will do the work free and pay supply costs.

-Any damage due to accidents, or abuse from a family pet, etc. I will repair to the best of my ability free of charge, you pay the shipping and any supplies needed over $10.

-Any cancellation of order by the buyer after the deposit has been made and work on the bear or buddy has started will result in forfeit of your deposit.

-In the event that the bear or buddy cannot be created (due to illness, discontinuation of materials, etc.) all moneys will be returned to the buyer.

-The bear or buddy must be paid for in full before being shipped to the buyer, unless COD is arranged (within Canada only).

-Any outstanding balance owing within 2 months of the date agreed upon for final payment will result in cancellation of the order and forfeit of all deposits, unless prior arrangements have been made with the seller to extend the payment periods.

-I will do my best to complete your ordered bear and have it mailed by the agreed upon date, however a couple of weeks leeway may be needed to allow for material orders, and personal reasons.

-Credit card payments through Paypal and Billpoint are only available if the bear or buddy is paid for in one payment.

-Shipping will be immediate upon receipt of a money order or credit card payment, unbless it is for an order, in which case shipping will be immediate upon completion of bear.

-If a personal check is sent, shipping will be after the check clears the bank. (approximately 5-10 days within Canada, 14-21 days for U.S., 3 weeks to 1 month international.)
