About Us
Firm
Policies and General Information
For over 25 years, our Firm has represented companies of all
sizes in dealing with issues involving the management of employees.
We also represent executives and managers in negotiation and
drafting of employment contracts, as well as termination agreements.
Occasionally, we accept representation of individual employees on
claims which appear to have significant merit. By limiting our
practice to employment issues, and by insuring that our clients will
deal directly with principals of the Firm, we believe that we can
respond more authoritatively to requests for our advice and counsel.
We recognize that our clients want prompt attention to their
legal problems, so we guarantee that we will return all phone calls
within one business day (and usually do so within the hour). We also
realize that management time is valuable, so we will make every effort
to arrange to meet at your offices, at times convenient to you.
Whether the best time to meet is 7am, or 8pm, we will try to
accommodate your schedule and handle your legal matters at your
convenience.
We know that our clients need timely information about the
status of their cases, so we routinely send copies of all pleadings or
other papers connected with the case to designated company
representatives and provide regular reports on the case at intervals
set by the client.
We understand that litigation is time-consuming and expensive,
and routinely provide management with our assessment of litigation
risks and litigation costs in order to allow our clients to budget
effectively and make necessary Risk Management decisions.
We are strong supporters of client-approved litigation
budgets, and actively encourage clients to explore mediation or other
forms of ADR which may be appropriate to resolve the dispute in a
cost-effective manner.
With our convenient central location in Tulsa, Oklahoma
(located at almost the geographic center of the United States), our
Firm offers employment law advice and litigation assistance to the top
management of companies located throughout the United States, as well
as in locations all over the world.
Our fees are very competitively priced (and usually are
substantially less than bigger firms in Oklahoma, as well as those of
mega firms located in the largest U.S. cities).
