Hi. I'm Mark Carson, a singer/songwriter from New Orleans who has been actively involved in the Louisiana music scene for a number of  years. My debut CD, Wild Ride, is now available. Wild Ride is a pop album but contains many other musical influences, including including rock, r &b, folk, country, reggae, and rap. The lyrics are also important on this album, with song topics ranging from the pitfalls and pratfalls of relationships, to the ups and downs of ambition, to the all-too-real phenomenon of serial killers among us. Mark Carson Band has taken a break from playing for the moment in order to work on the demo.  Now that it's finished (well we've finished a number of songs anyway), we'll be getting back to live performances.   Check this space for updates!
