This utility will allow you to create Paint Shop Pro palettes from scratch. The palette file produced (*.PAL) may be used with PSP or with some MTM utilities. You can also convert to/from *.ACT and *.PAL palettes. A new feature will now let you convert palette files in a batch mode by associating this program with the two palette file types within windows explorer. This makes converting palettes a matter of just double-clicking on the file.
