Reading Workshop- Wonderful site from Palma Sola Elementary School. Contains printable and online worksheets including comprehension, vocabulary, homophones, compound words, contractions, synonyms, prefixes, suffixes, antonyms, and multiple meaning words. Also contains integrated online units.

Texas Assessment Program - EXCELLENT! Online interactive reading comprehension tests

Reading from a to z - A complete reading program. Leveled readers, guided reading lesson plans. Monthly or yearly membership required but samples of lessons and books can be downloaded for free. I downloaded a sample reader and lesson. It looks excellent. Check it out.
