CARELESS HEART

I always wondered how and why

You have a careless heart and I finally realized

Thats why you can do all of those selfish things

You don't know, but sadness it brings

I give you my all, and still you don't care

For me to do such things, I wouldn't even dare

You abuse my love, and this I hate

I used to think that our love was fate

A relationship with pain never works out

Your selfish and hurtful without a doubt

I want to be happy together or apart

So change your evil ways and don't have a careless heart....

Why?

It’s getting worse instead of good

I thought u loved me, that’s what I understood

Do you think my love is just a game?

And when it’s time to talk I’m always the one to blame

You promise me this and promise me that

Then you walk all over me as if I was a doormat

Well, I have a heart and it’s in pain

You think you have nothing to lose?

Well I have nothing to gain

I’m tired of being used and taken advantage of

You don’t even know the meaning of the word “love”

So, if you truly love me then let it show

Just don’t just look at me and say so…

Today...

You said that you loved me much more back then

You broke my heart, which only you can mend

Today was great, but it ended with sorrow

God only knows what will become of tomorrow

You are my love and my other half

You know what to do to get me to laugh

We go together like the pedals on a rose

Just like a river where the water flows

I want us to work so please keep trying

For if you don’t, my heart will be dying

You say that you want to be trusted and for me to leave you alone.

But, then when I call you, your not even at home.

Everytime I put my trust in you, you end up doing wrong.

It's getting tiring and this shit has gone on too damn long.

You have no respect and this you show.

You make me sad and my head hangs down low.

All I want is for you to be true.

Did you forget, I have feelings too?

You say you care, but you really don't.

You say that your going to do this and that, knowing that you won't.

Why do you have to lie, why can't you be honest with me?

Do you want a serious reltionship or do you want to be free?
