WE JUST HAD OUR FIRST GRANDSON

Hi we're Dave & Gail (MickeyNuts). We love WDW and have been there more times than we can remember.
In April 1997 we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with "The Mouse", family and friends. We also bought into the Disney Vacation Club which we love and can now go to DisneyWorld twice a year. Our last trip was in December 1999. The newest thing now is the 2000 millimum, Epcot has the best to offer with the new Millimum Village and the decoration of the Spaceship Earth ride. The other big thing is "Pin Collecting". Each theme park has Pin Stations where people gather to purchase or trade Disney pins. The average price is between $6.00 - $8.00 a pin. Cast Members wear lanyards with pins attached, which you can trade for. There are pins with errors that everyone tries to obtain, and any pins with dangles become "HOT" items. Once you get home you can purchase pins from ebay.com. I warn you it can become additive. I now own 108 pins and have banned myself from E-bay for a month. We have four children Matt, Patty, Diana & Jason. Matt is 27 and has been married to Patty for 6 years this coming September. Diana is 22 and just got married to Jason April 17, 1998. Check out our photos if you want to see what our MickeyNuts look like.
Our house is known to one and all as the "Mouse House". We are decorated inside and out with a Disney Motif. (Yes our savings have built WDW and we are beginning to worry about our retirement).

Disney Vacation Club: There are pros
and cons to this program in comparison to a Time Share. If you are in the market for
a time share you should attend a presentation on both and then decide which one is better
for you. For us it was the D.V.C. It works on a point system that allows you to pick and
choose when you go, the length of your stay and the size of your accommodations. Here are

Magic Kingdom Park: This is our
favorite possibly because it was the first park we visited and our memories of our
children (when they were small) are here. The CAN"T miss attractions are:
Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, Alien Encounter and Time Capsule. For more information check out these links.

E.P.C.O.T. (Enviromental Prototype
City of Tomorrow) Our third favorite Theme Park is of course E.P.C.O.T. We're not big fans
of the countries, except to eat in Italy. Verrrrrrrrrrry Good Food and Atmosphere. Don't
miss Honey I Shrunk The Audience, Journey Into Imagination, Body Wars and the Universe of
Energy.
E.P.C.O.T. Theme Park & Dining
Animal Kingdom. We finally got to
visit the park this year. It is very nice and you can tell Disney has great plans
for it. We really enjoyed "Its a Bug's Life", "Countdown to
Extinction" and the Safari Ride. There is lots to do and see and it takes about
3/4 to a full day to see it all.
