Rules of "The Midway Trail of Horror"
To insure the safety and enjoyment of everyone's adventure thru
"The Midway Trail of Horror", we have certain rules that must be followed by each member of the group.
1.) No food or drink allowed on the trail. All concessions must be finished before entering the actual attraction.
2.) No smoking on the trail. Since we are located in the woods, it would be easy to start a fires in the dry leaves.
3.) No weapons allowed. We would hate for you to get SO scared and pull out something for protection. He! He!
4.) Do not touch the actors and they will not touch you. We do not allow our actors to try to give you an additional scare by grabbing you. That's a real good way to get seriously hurt.
5.) Please stay with your Group and Stay CLOSE Together,
Remember, there is Safety in Numbers
6.) No Profanity! "The Midway Trail of Horror" is a family oriented place. We have children who work here along with parents and kids who take our tour. So profanity is a NO NO !

Therefore, neither "The Midway Trail of Horror" nor it's affiliates assume ANY liability for injuries sustained during the attraction or while on its premises.
