Here are some pics that we saw in one of the trailers that didn't make it into the final cut of TTT, but most likely will appear in the extended version. However this is just speculations.
This shot from one of the trailers shows Eomer in armor, on horseback, in a wooded area. It's possible that we'll see how Theodred is injured in the extended cut.
We know that Faramir and his men find Boromir's boat, and it's possible that scene will be added back into the extended edition.
All of the trailers showed clips from this conversation between Gandalf and Aragorn, most likely taking place after Gandalf reveals himself to the Three Hunters in Fangorn
Shown in the four-minute fan preview, this scene of Saruman has the wizard talking about how Gandalf has found the lost king of Gondor. If this scene is included it will propably take place after Wormtongue was cast out of Rohan.
More Arwen/Aragorn flashbacks may be included in the extended cut. Weeehaaa....
Everyone remembers this extremely cool shot of Arwen approaching the Shards of Narsil to obviously take the sword for reforging. This this may appear in extended TTT or final RotK.
This scene is were Elrond goes to Lothlorien and convinces Celeborn and Galadriel to send Haldir and the Elves to Helm's Deep. That's why Haldir says he brings word from Elrond. Propably.
In the ten-minute preview there's one shot of a lone Uruk-hai in the caves under Helm's Deep, with Eowyn about to strike the orc with a sword. It's possible that the scene will be included in the extended cut.
