NEWS FLASH! Another successful frozen semen AI mare pregnancy, 2003!  Thank you Mr. J. B. of  Kansas for breeding your Missouri Foxtrotter mare to DIAMOND REO!
DIAMOND REO is triple registered with the:
1) American Donkey and Mule Society (ADMS# A-10243)
2) American Mammoth Jackstock Registry (AMJR# 38664)
3) North American Saddle Mule Association (Donkey Division; NASMA# ND0041)
My name is DIAMOND REO and I am the grandson of GRUMBEIN'S BEST on my top side.  My AMJR pedigree extends back four (4) generations.  Please click HERE to see my AMJR pedigree. I am 15.1hh in trimmed hooves and one of few equines to successfully reproduce from  live-cover, frozen and fresh-cooled artificial insemination..  My  2007 stud fee (mares only) is $350.00 LFG  frozen or fresh-cooled.  I have been twice reproduction tested and cryopreservation tested at Colorado State University.
I have a perfect bite, 33" longears, 9.5" cannonbone, 1" hoof wall at the toe, kind disposition and I continue to sire mules of size, proportion, and disposition. My frozen semen will be available through Paul Mennick, DVM, Pacific International Genetics (www.pacintgen.com), Los Molinos, California. My frozen semen can be shipped to Canada and all 50 USA states without restrictions and stored until needed.  I was bred by Major Cokeley and Willis Grumbein of Dodge City, KS.
I am only accepting registered broodmares (no Jennies) between 3- and-15 years old.  My breeding contract is handled by Paul Mennick, DVM, and can be downloaded or read at Dr. Mennick's web address listed at the above purple link.
I am triple registered and any mule sired by me through artificial insemination can be registered with the North American Saddle Mule Association (NASMA), and The American Donkey and Mule Society (ADMS).  The American Mammoth Jackstock Registry (AMJR) doesn't apply to mares.

DIAMOND ADVOCATOR, ADMS #MGE-2740, aka 'Skeeter', is DIAMOND REOs first fresh-cooled artificial insemination Thoroughbred foal, conceived on the first attempt at Colorado State University 08-26-1998 by Dirk Vanderwall, DVM, currently at the University of Idaho and where the world's first cloned mule/equine  was born May 2003.  Skeeter's Jockey Club pedigree includes Advocator; Jester; Tom Fool--1953 Horse of the Year, Champion Sprinter, Hall of Fame, and sire of KY Derby winner Tim Tam; Round Table--3x Champion Grass Horse and Horse of the Year; Menow; Bull Dog/Bull Lea; Equipoise; Alcabiades; and Princequillo, the sire of  Secretariate (1973 Triple Crown winner)'s dam, Somethingroyal.  Skeeter was bred by Precious Stone Ranch for mule racing.  Pictured are photos of  Skeeter romping through life at Precious Stone Ranch.  Skeeter was gelded at 22 months-of-age and the saddle photo is Skeeter at almost 20 months.
