A little about me. Basically I am a scientist, doing research in Computational Chemistry and Computational Biology. Presently I am working as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Buffalo Center of Excellence in Bioinformatics, . My Research Interests include:
* Application of quantum mechanics, density functional methods and molecular mechanics for the simulation and study of reactivity and structure of biological and chemical species in the gas phase and in solution.
* Developing program packages for molecular structure determination and for computer aided drug design (CADD), and conducting CADD for the design of compounds and novel therapeutic agents.
* Studying biomolecules by means of molecular modeling, structure determination and bioinformatics.
