My Training Belief
With the right training you can have the dog of your dreams,
the friendship you will always treasure.
I believe in using positive methods during training.
I want the owners to know that their dog is being trained with the
care and kindness that they show their dog.
My goal has always been to help people and dogs understand
each others needs and expectations from each other, this may be
something as simple as a change in communication and a new
way of learning.
When I was raising my 3 Rotties, they would not all respond to the same type of training. One was very shy, after surviving a very
abusive environment.
We worked very slowly with her, and she became more trusting
and confident when she realized it was about love, praise, rewards, and not punishment.
It took time and patience for us to
understand what she would respond to and also what would make it fun for her.
My belief when working with dogs, is that it should be a positive
experience for both the dog and the owners.
I help people how to better understand the thought process of their dogs.
