The Shack - featuring the Southgate Type 7

Above is my homebrew CW transceiver, known as the Southgate Type 7. It is a transceiver built on several chassis, using 99% recycled parts. Capable of 100+ watts output on the 80, 40 and 20 meter bands.

Rig Description

Bottom - left to right:
T/R control box, receiver/vfo unit, bug, transmitter power supply

Middle - left to right:
LC audio filter, transmitting mixer, transmitter driver/final unit, clocks

Top - left to right:
Receiver/transmitting mixer power supply, speaker with last audio stage, lamp, transmatch.
