The simulator is based on the Raytheon King Air C-90/200 or C-12/RU-21 for you military types.  Wrap around visuals of  130 to 180 degrees will be provided by three LCD panel / overhead projectors using wideview with a EPIC running the interface.

Final cutting of fuslage
As you can see lots of cables lines, wiring  had to be removed then deep cleaned. I had to pay extra to keep the rudder pedals but it was well worth it.
All interior parts and panels have to be fabricated.Except new beech throttle quad  bezel (ebay)).The CRT dash is now updated to flat panel LCD screens running Project Magenta boeing style glass cockpit.
Overhead projector and LCD projection panels.
Center posts added with 1/8" PVC flat stock and bondo.
Air cylinders used for control loading and toe brakes.
Solar powered battery bank of 315 amp hours supplied by a kyoceria 120 watt panel via a trace controller for all shop and sim computer needs for now.
Past Sims 93 - 98
' 98 Tampa flight deck (apartment built). Jig sawed on patio and all that fun stuff.
' 98 Five monitor flight deck, running FS98, wideview and mmap.
 ' 96 757 Flight Deck in 1/2" birch.
' 93 my first home built Sim was built with 1/2" birch ply, had single axis motion  and was totally overlayed with 1/8" PVC Flat Stock.
