Saturday: Traditional Natal Astrology

Exploring the traditional approach to tackling the birthchart. After a brief recapitulation of temperament, as discussed in his 2003 workshop, John will move on to the delineation of the houses and then to methods of unfolding the chart through time with progressions, returns and profections.

Sunday: Understanding the Fixed Stars

Are the stars really a bunch of thugs out to get us? That's how it can seem from the textbooks. But the texts get in our way, discouraging us from giving them their full value. John shows how to develop a personal understanding of the stars by learning how to read myth. With particular reference to the use of the fixed stars in electional and natal astrology.
