Join me on my journey into the world of art
as I experiment and learn.
I began painting in July 2005 with acrylics, and then tried colored pencils, then watercolors, and then pastels. My art is a reflection of the wonders of nature, which never fail to amaze and astound me with their vibrant colors , textures and beauty. I am entirely self taught through trial and error, a lot of fun playing with the different media, and mostly just trusting my eye for colors.

My first art related hobby was, and still is, pumpkin carvings. My most recent was a request from the Tampa Lowry Park Zoo, in Florida, to carve a portrait of their Sumatran tiger, Binjai, and their logo for their upcoming Halloween ZooBoo event.
