MAY 13 2000
Three Chopt Band Fest
Fun Show. Played for an hour with smoke, lights, and - 15 fans?

MAY 19 2000
Jaime Cocke Benefit Concert

Not Berkley Woods at their finest.  From the beginning to the end, everything went wrong.  Justin was really sick, Patrick Hamby sat in on bass (but did a fine job), no one ran sound, there's was tons of hardcore fans who weren't into our sound, equiptment failure, misunderstanding on when the band was actually supposed to play - (when it came time for the band to hit the stage, they weren't at the venues yet cuz they were told they were playing an hour later).  The BWB isnt going point fingers, but they will definately think twice before they agree to play this gig in the future.

JUNE 9 2000
Three Chopt Sports Grille

Berkley Woods co-headlined this show with Sticky Fingers.  It was a pretty good show.  The band introduced a lot of new tunes that went over pretty well.  And the show was going to be recorded directly to CD, but the sound guy forgot to hit RECORD -- Hate it when that happens....

JUNE 17 2000
Busters Pub in Colonial Heights

It wasn't that the band played bad, but the PA system was really acting up on us.  Lots of distortion, feedback, and a monitor system that forced the band to play songs without even being able to hear what they were playing on stage -- thats always hard.  But the band opened for an up and coming band called Backtrak, and they were pretty good, so it was fun.

JUNE 21 2000
St Mary's Episcopal Band Fest

Well what was supposed to be Berkley Woods Band jamming at this outdoor concert turned into something a little bit different, but just as fun.  Andrew canceled on the band the day before.  So rather than bagging all together, Justin and Will played  one of their notorious acoustic sets - for 1h 30m.  And despite the fact that Justin forgot his power cable for the keyboard and had to wheel the piano outside to play, the show went surprising smooth and the guys definately reached new fans.
