Drawing Vegeta
Finally what you have all been waiting for. How to draw Vegeta! I hope you are all as enthusiastic about this as I am. Okay, enough with the chit chat, let's begin the lesson already.

Many of you have already seen pictures of Vegeta and know who he i and have probably tried to draw him already. Only to discover that he is too complicated, which brings us to frustration. But be frustrated no more
Vegeta isn't that hard to draw (in my opinion) it's just that he has so much detail to him. To draw Vegeta we must first start with the face shape. Vegeta has this princely type of face, very refined and that is usually the problem with perfecting how to draw Vegeta. A picture of his face shape is provided so that you know how it is supposed to look. Notice that the lower half of his face is much more smaller than his forehead (yep, it's the forhead that makes the guy, grrrr...). Make sure that you also draw the ears to proportion (yes BIG ears.
Please refer to The sections of the Head to know where to put the ears and other facial parts. IMPORTANT TIP -- Make sure that you try NOT to use curves to draw Vegeta, only use them when they MUST be used like the eye pupils, try to draw him using ONLY straight lines to give him the "Toriyama" look.

Now that you have drawn his beautiful face, we will move on to his eyes. When you sketch his eyes first draw them on a seperate sheet of paper (for practice) and then when you feel comfortable with the eyes you can draw
them onto his face using the porportions that are given in the Sections of The Head and the Facial Features lessons. To draw Vegeta's eyes, you need to do them
together with the eyebrows. First draw the bottom line of the eyebrows according to the picture provided and then the top line (PLEASE try to ONLY
use straight lines). The starting point of the eyebrow should be thinner than the ending where it flares out a bit and then connects again with a straight line (remember that as you draw the eyebrow it keeps on going higher and higher, DO NOT draw it horizontally, go for a diagonal line instead). After this we go on to drawing the eye (yes, try to do the eyebrow first and THEN the eye). You have to make sure that the eye connects to the eyebrows and that the lower part of the eye also keeps going higher as you move outward.
Now to make the eyes seem as they are looking forward place the pupils close to each other, but NOT that close because then he will look cross-eyed. Another thing is to "hide" the top half of the eye under the eyebrow (refer to the picture to get a better picture of what I mean). Now that you have drawn them at least 2 times on a seperate sheet of paper place them onto the face.

The next thing we will do is his beautiful princely nose. Now this is (I think)
the EASIEST thing we can do. First (on a seperate sheet of paper using straight lines) draw an "L". Okay, you're almost done, now draw a small triangle pointing outward on the left side of the verticle line of the nose (refer to picture) and then another triangle on the horizontal line of the "L" pointing down. And you are done! YATTA (You did it)! Now that you know how easy it is, draw the nose onto the face according to my previous lessons.

Now we will precede to drawing his oh so kissable lips. Since he usually has
a sexy frown we will draw him with a frown. Once again, please try to use STRAIGHT lines. First try this on a seperate sheet of paper first and try not to make it too big, just look at the picture provided as a guideline. Since this is so easy to draw you can now go on to drawing the lips on the face just a small distance beneath the nose and just a little bit wider (than the nose). Refer to the picture provided to get a better idea of where to put it.
