To use for your own buddy icon:

Simply right click on the image to save it to your computer.

Then open up AIM and click

...MY AIM
...     EDIT OPTIONS
...         EDIT PREFERENCES
 ...              BUDDY ICONS
 ...                       BROWSE

Then browse in your computer until you get to the location of your saved image.
Double click on that selection for your buddy icon and then click OK.

Your new buddy icon should appear in seconds!

To use on a web page:

Right click on image
Save to your computer
Upload to your page
Add a link to this web page and give us credit, by pasting this into your page
