Since my first release in 1984 I've written, co-written, or ghosted 56 novels that have been released worldwide. For a partial list of my published novels, please visit My Lady's Books. Most of my works are historical romances, although I've also published contemporary and men's fiction. My novels have appeared on national bestseller lists numerous times. I've also won or been nominated for several awards during my career, the latest honor from Romantic Times in October 2003 for Career Achievement in Historical Adventure.
I'm now accepting a limited number of manuscripts for critique. I offer editing along with advice on novel structure, character and plot development, and research suggestions. I will also provide a list of agents and publishers to contact, but I cannot guarantee sales.
Manuscripts should be submitted in the same format required by publishers, i.e., double-spaced, single-sided pages with one inch margins, title and author's name on each page, and each page consecutively numbered. A self-addressed envelope with sufficient postage is required for the return of the manuscript.
For a partial manuscript, the fee is $150 for the first hundred pages of approximately 250 words per page, and $350 for an entire manuscript up to 500 pages. I accept cashier's checks or money orders, or you may use the free, secure PayPal link below. This fee is not refundable once I've begun work on your manuscript.
