Who the heck is Russell Zech? It’s pretty simple really.

Since 1988 Russell Zech has been a “go to guy” for personnel and organizational development, work process improvement, and team building. As both an internal and external consultant, Russell has provided Pathways to Learning and Understanding for Growth to the Construction, Engineering, and Specialty Contracting industries. His clients have included Aker Kvaerner, Lloyd’s Register, Comfort Systems USA, EE Reed, Methodist Hospital, MD Anderson, and DuPont. Domestic or international settings . . . it doesn’t matter. Advanced planning or putting out fires, he’s done both. Since 1991 Russell has also provided congregational coaching including Mission, Vision, and Values articulation, clergy and staff development, and retreat facilitation.
