These badgea belong in the category of Private Companies in this Chapter. The one on the right is from the famous Gamewell Fire Alarm company that began in NYC before moving to Massachusetts. But what bothers me about this badge is, even though it says "New York" it has that distinct Massachusetts shape. HMMMM?? The one on the left shows its age and reflects the rich fire history of New York City!
