HAUNTED PLACES WISH LIST
Places I Would Like to Investigate:
The Tivoli Student Center at the Auraria Campus in Denver:  This student center started off life in 1870 as a brewery.  People have reported hearing what sounds like "fancy dinner parties" on the third floor.

Josephina's Restaurant in Denver:  According to the Shadowlands website employees report that this restaurant is haunted by a girl from the 1920's.  This restaurant was a speakeasy in the 1920's.  The mirror in the woman's restroom also breaks very often for no explanation as well.
The Ramkota Inn in Greeley, Colorado: According to local folklore and gossip this hotel was placed where the old Chief Theatre once stood.   Employees and guests alike have reported seeing the "mischievous" specter of Rosy, a young lady killed in the old theatre.  This murder has been recorded in the records of local newspaper.

The Toys R US in Sunnyvale, California:  I first heard of this place on Obiwan's UFO Free Paranormal Web Site.  There is a lot of speculation as to who is haunting this place, but there is activity nonetheless.  Employees and customers have reported turning around seeing stacks of toys in the middle of the aisle where no one could have been to do such a thing.
The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado:  Although Stephen King's The Shining was inspired by this hotel the activity in it is definitely not evil.  This place is set in one of the most beautiful places on earth and I believe people who have died just like to pay visits every once in a while. I have stayed here more than once and have felt a nice sort of hum to the place.  If you live in, or are visiting, front range Colorado be sure to visit this place.  They have tours even ones with ghost stories about the place.
The Bowles House:  The Bowles House was the home of one of the first people to settle Westminster, Colorado.  It is a very beautiful house.  Now the house is home to the Westminster Historical Society's museum and what seems to be a rather mischievous ghost.  According to only rumor and speculation @ this point, the president of the society was awoken by a phone call from the security company watching the house.  The president was told that microphones in the house picked up what sounded like glass breaking.  The president went to the house to investigate to find absolutely nothing wrong with the house (cue spooky music).

The Pillar of Fire Church:  This church was originally built to house the "Princeton of the West" otherwise known as Westminster University (where the city of Westminster, Colorado gets its name).  I'm not positive that this place is haunted but if you ever see this place you'd at least wish it was like I do.  There are rumors abound about this place, but the outlandish ones I chalk up to the Urban Myth phenomenon.  Truly a magnificent building if nothing else.
