Fully equipped kitchen, 2 TV's, VCR, all linens furnished. There are 2 double beds and a double futon in the living room.
Balcony off of living room looks directly out to the beach. There is a large pool.
Decorated with love to make your stay as stressfree and relaxing as possible.
Sorry, pets are not allowed, no smoking please.
RATES: Vary based on season, but range from $490-$1050 + 11% tax, Sat. to Sat. There are no additional fees. Please call for specific weekly rate.
CHECK IN: 4:00 pm
CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
PAYMENTS: Credit/Debit Card payments using PayPal, Money Orders or Cashiers Checks are accepted. Your reservation will be held for 48 hours pending your initial payment by Paypal. Once initial payment is received, your reservation is confirmed until the balance due date. The balance due date is 30 days prior to your arrival date, at which time your final payment by Paypal is due. Non receipt of either initial or final payment within the times mentioned will result in cancellation of your reservation.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: If cancellation is 60 days or more prior to arrival date, full refund less $50.00 handling fee and all PayPal service charges, if applicable. If cancellation is less than 60 days prior to arrival date, full refund less 50.00 handling fee and all PayPal service charges, if applicable, only if unit can be re-rented.
