This rugged little loco is great for yard switching, quarry operations or any sort of industrial service ... or pair two together to make a powerful road locomotive. Our most detailed kit ever produces a very accurate model of the 14-ton "Apex" locomotives (a Climax knock-off) produced by the Malarky Bros. Locomotive Works exclusively for 30" gauge railroads. The kit will convert the smooth-running Bachmann HO Climax into a Mini-Max suited well suited for 15" radius curves and even running down to about 12" radius.  Offered in two versions, both "fully loaded" with headlights, domes, bell, piping, toolboxes & more!  (Click photo)
