This beautiful seven year-old, waterfront home is the perfect getaway. The home includes a formal living room, formal dining room, a kitchen with breakfast nook, and a family room all which look out and lead out to the lanai, which has a large electrically heated pool. There are 5 sets of 8-foot high sliding glass doors leading to the pool. There is a stereo system with speakers inside and out on the lanai, so bring your favorite tapes or CD's. There is also a 2 year old U-shaped PVC dock with boat lift.
The four large bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second and third bedrooms each have queen-size beds, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds.
There are two full baths (one is accessible from the pool) and there is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The house has central air-conditioning and ceiling fans, both indoors and on the lanai.
Come and enjoy the nearby beaches, golf courses, fishing, tennis, boating, shelling, sailing, parasailing, snorkeling, bicycling/scooters, shopping and restaurants; or just relax poolside and enjoy the colors of the sky just after sunset.
