Hi and welcome to our villa website, I am Ken and my wife Julia and I hope that you enjoy looking around our wonderful villa, built new in the Year 2000. Thats the villa on the Right we are please now to be able to offer not only that villa but also the one next door, this now give us the oportunity to take upto 24 Guests
We have been visiting Florida for the past 11 years and promised ourselves we would one day have a home there, we could have had one years ago but wanted to make sure that the quality and location were just right, And we think this is.
Indian Point where the villas are located is just 1 Mile from Hyw.192 and 8 Mile from Walt Disney World, all building in the complex is now complete.
The villa on the right has 2 Master Bedrooms with Bathrooms en-suite and 3 Other Bedrooms with 2 Other Bathrooms The Villa on the Left has 3 Bedrooms with Bathrooms En-Suite and 2 other Bedrooms with a Bathroom Between Them
A good selection of Cable TV
The Furniture is full luxury quality, and all floor areas are tiled except Bedrooms, which have quality carpeting
The Pool area on the villa on the right is the largest on the complex, to give extra sunbathing facilities and the 30' x 15' pool is complemented with a 8' Hot-Tub/Spa
The Villa on the left Has a Pool Only
Both Villas are large single, floor with a total floor area of 2903 sq ft each (Living Area 2157sq ft)
