Our adoption policies at PSR are aimed at finding "Forever" homes for parrots. They are firm yet fair. You must be at least 18 years old, and be able to financially care for a parrot. We adopt to MICHIGAN HOMES ONLY- as we require a home visit for all potential adoptees. And NO PARROT - from our rescue will be adopted into a breeding environment!
