Send the following information: Name, Address, City, State, Zip-4, Phone, E-mail address. make your check or money order to NAGOPS, and mail them to:

$20 FULL YEAR MEMBERSHIP (July 1 to June 30). Join by September 1st if you want to be in the membership roster.
