About me

Hello, my name is Phyllis. Thanks for visiting my home page. As you scroll through be sure to click on my favorite links. Feel free to click on bottom buttons to email, instant message, or chat with me. Hope you enjoy my world.
The thought of having my own home page sounded ridiculous, yet intringuing. I guess it sparked my creative desires as well as my desire to share my thoughts, interest, etc...So here goes.
I am married, a mother of 5 and grandmother to five beautiful grandchildren to boot. I am currently unemployed; however, I am very occupied with remoldeling a house, my daily have to's, and surfing the internet (of course).
I have a stong faith in God. It took me a long time to get heart knowledge versus head knowledge. There is a big difference. Once you have heart knowledge no one can take that away from you. I now know in my heart and head that Jesus is the son of God, who died on a cross for my sins, rose from the grave, and is sitting at the right hand of God....holding a place for me.
I am a survivor....even survived therapy. That isn't to say therapy is a bad thing. But I have returned to original philosophy that the experiences I have endured have made me what I am today, and I think I am a pretty nice person.

My Online Life

Being so new to the internet, I am still busy just finding things out. Such as Easy Designer???? I gave up. I have enjoyed playing cards at MSN and Iwon. I can even play with my sister who lives about 400 miles away....is that cool or what. I could spend all day looking for e-cards at American Greetings or Egreetings. I have been to the White House, which I recommend all people to do. Being a major slueth I have been to the FBI. I still have many places to find, people to talk to, etc.

My Interests

I like to fish, although I don't get to often. I also like remodeling and decorating houses. I write, primarily spiritual songs/poems. (None published, but sung at various churchs.) But I have had a writers block for about 4 years now. One of my major accomplishments was writing, directing, and planning a Christmas play. As fate would have it, I never got to see it. I heard it was a big success. The worst part is I don't even have a copy of it.
If I could I would be a professional student. Which is probably why I like the internet so much. So much to learn, so little time.
