We have been voted central Florida's "Friendliest parties"
We have parties EVERY W/F/S nights for couples and singles.
This web site tells EVERYTHING about us and our parties.
Please read the ENTIRE site then call if you have any other questions.
We are the only place that limits single males for a more balanced party for all.

Our parties are for anyone interested in the lifestyle.
These parties are for people to meet that want to meet others in the lifestyle.
We need donations to keep having the best parties going!
The last new COUPLE donated one donation 30 per night or 50 for all three nights same week (Wed., Fri., and Sat. nights)
The last new SINGLE MALE donated 50 for each night that he wishes to attend..
Single females have never donated.
Donations cash only please
We are not able to accept checks or credit cards.
PARTY TIMES
All parties start at 9pm.
Wed. night parties go until 2 am.
Friday and Saturday night parties go until 3am or later!!!
If you plan on arriving AFTER 11pm, Please call and let us know.
Our parties are just that....PARTIES!!
We are not a club or commercial business
This is a private home on 9 acres with a pool, jac., dance area and D.J..
What is the dress?
Dress is clean, neat, casual for all.
No cut off shorts/shirts or baseball caps please!
You are dressing to meet new people not going to a frat party~~
slacks, nice jeans, nice shorts are fine.
Ladies, pretty much anythig!!
You may dress down as much as you wish here.
What should we bring to the party?
A good party attitude is #1
Bring whatever you choose to drink, we don't handle any alcohol but you must bring
your own alcohol.
There are no stores within miles of here that sell much of anything.
We only have a few rules.
These parties are NO PRESSURE events.
Nothing is expected other than common sense and respect.
NO means NO (This is for everyone....you may do as much as you want or nothing
at all.)
No touching EVER anyone without permission!!
What type of people attend these parties?
All shapes, sizes, race, ages.
The ages are early 20s, on up!
Avg. age is different from party to party but 30s is a good avg.
Because couples and single females don't need to call for reservations...we never
know how many will show and what ages they will be.
Every party is different and exciting!!!
Wednesday parties are usually 20-40 people.
Friday or Saturday nighs......50-100 people.
Smaller parties can be just as wild as larger parties!!
(You must be at least a mature 21 to enter and if you are lucky enough to look
young, under 25...have Drivers Lic. for ID.)
We have been getting alot of people under 21 that wish to attend.
We do NOT limit couples and single females so they don't need a reservation.
We do limit the single males to 7 per party and they must make a reservation, with first name only, to
attend.
There is not a long list for single males so
just call a couple of days in advance so you'll know what your plans will be.
You may also call the night of the party to see if someone didn't confirm or canceled
their reservation.
We usually don't fill up for single males until the evening of the party.
Best times to call are from 9am till 11pm nightly.
Whoever answers the phone will be able to answers your questions.
Where are we located?
Near the New Smyrna Speedway just 20 minutes south west of Daytona Beach near
Jax, Orlando and all of north and central Fl.
There are many motels, Hotels and B&Bs in the area.
Check the web or phone book for something you may like.
We don't recommend any but the closest motel is the Howard Johnsons at I-4 and SR
44.
They are the Howard Johnsons of Deland.
Please call them for rates and info.
Directions

From Interstate 4, Tampa, Orlando and central FL, go east on I-4 towards the Deland
New Smyrna exit # 118 then EAST on SR 44 for 10 miles to the intersection of SR 44
and SR 415.
Just call from that store pay phone in their east parking lot or your cell phone anytime 9pm or after the night you are planning to attend.
We're just a few minutes from there.
We have to do it this way to help keep the kids and uninvited folks from coming to our home parties.
From the North or South on Interstate 95
Take 95 to exit # 249-B this is SR 44 then WEST for 5 miles.to the intersection of SR 44
and SR 415.
We are less than 10 minutes from that intersection.
The parties don't start until 9pm and that's when we start guiding people in from the
Kangaroo/Handyway gas station.
You may call from the pay phone on the east side of the parking lot or from your cell
phone.
Please do not call from the Kangaroo until 9 pm and before 11 pm the day of the party you wish to attend.
If you are going to be arriving after 11pm, you must call ahead and let us know.
They don't have much in the way of alcohol anywhere around here, so you must bring
it with you.
If you have any questions or you are a single male and wish to make a reservation,
please call us anytime from 9am till 10 pm.
We are not into pic play, cyber, phone, these are real people and parties.
