The purpose of the Jersey Shore Rose Society is to encourage interest in and the cultivation of roses. To spread the love of the rose whenever and wherever practical. We sponsor public exhibitions of roses in accordance with the standards of the American Rose Society. We contribute professional knowledge and experience and disseminate results of amateur experience in rose culture. Our goal is to unite rose lovers in the Jersey Shore area.

About our members
Our members are multigenerational and range from expert rosarians and judges to the true novice. Our monthly meetings are now held at the Little Silver Women's Club located on Church Street, just off Rumson Road, in Little Silvler. Our meetings are informative and fun. There is always something to learn! We share tips and stories about our gardens. We sponsor trips and activities related to our love of the rose. We have an annual Rose Show at the Monmouth Mall in Eatontown, N.J. where we proudly display the fruits of our labors.
